Rubric (xls file). To
submit your plan to the NHDOE, send it as a Word document attached
to an email to chiggins@ed.state.nh.us From this
guide, you can check the complete
set of the New Hampshire Administrative
Rules: Part Ed 306 Minimum Standards for Public School Approval. These
revised standards took effect on July 1, 2005. You will
find specific standards from this list referenced
in each section of this Planning Guide. The
introductory pages of your plan should include a cover page, followed
by information about the
planning committee, district demographics and mission, and a statement
indicating the technology vision for which the plan is intended to address. Your district technology plan
should provide specific goal statements related to challenging local, state,
and federal standards. This section
of the plan should describe the action steps that will address the
goals of your district
plan. The following four essential elements and their related
indicators should frame your action plan, with data
gathering and analysis included in all of them. A.
Access to Technology Resources The budget section of the
plan should be organized by year and include costs attributable to each
of the action elements. The budget plan should also make reference to strategies
to coordinate and maximize funds from other sources. The plan
should describe an evaluation process that enables the district to
monitor progress toward
the specified goals and make mid-course corrections in response to
new developments and opportunities as they arise. As it
fulfills these purposes, your plan should help focus questions
in your community about digital technology tools in education so
that more meaningful policy and discussion can emerge. State and
federal policy requirements must also be addressed within the plan.
