Ed Tech Program Evaluation Tools
for Grants Awarded in 2009-10 & 2010-11
to support Enhancing Education Through Technology Program

This year we have a suite of evaluation instruments for all NH districts to utilize. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT YOUR DATA WILL BE CORRECTLY RECORDED.

Districts receiving educational technology grants (ESEA Title II-D) are required to use these tools. Districts not receiving ed tech grants are not required - but are strongly encouraged - to use these tools. Districts applying for ed tech funding in 2010-11 are required to use these tools as part of the grant application process. There have been unavoidable delays in posting some of these tools for use by districts. As each tool is ready for use, the appropriate links will go live on the appropriate sub-pages for 2009-10 and for the new grants to be awarded in 2010-11.

All districts, regardless of whether they receive Title II-D funds or not) are invited to use these tools. However, before you begin to use them, it is ESSENTIAL that you register someone as your district's "evaluation coordinator." This is to have a point of contact for your district. This person can help keep your work on track and will be the person to whom we send follow up information. Please fill out this short form to tell us who your evaluation coordinator is: https://spreadsheets.google.com/viewform?formkey=dEVzTFFCcS1PZnRhZ3h1emFYdnFWZ0E6MQ
