2003 Christa McAuliffe Technology Conference

This annual event, sponsored by NHSTE and NHSAA, has become a premiere event for New Hampshire educators integrating technology. NHDOE supports this conference through keynote sponsorships, presentations, planning assistance, and awareness raising. Learn about the great content on MarcoPolo through hands-on exploration of high quality web resources. Locate resources from MarcoPolo content partners to integrate with NH curriculum frameworks.

Be a part of New Hampshire's statewide plan for putting the MarcoPolo resources to use in your classroom! This session prepares participants to become field trainers for their schools.

Tapping into Local and National Grants to Support Ed Tech in Schools

This session will review the technology possibilities inherent within various title programs of the No Child Left Behind legislation, as well as other local and national possibilities for grant funding. Participants will learn where to locate grant information, such as funding deadlines, priorities, and purposes.

iAnalyze

Explore iAnalyze, a secure website for distributing data gathered from the NHEIAP tests. Participants will learn how to disaggregate and analyze student assessment data to improve instruction. Data available on the site includes 2001, 2002, and 2003 NHEIAP results. Each year’s data can be analyzed at a state, district, school, and student level.

Local Educational Support Centers Network

Learn about the work of these first four Centers, funded through a No Child Left Behind, Title II Part D award. The Centers were created to support technology integration through professional development and related technology enhanced services. Learn about the activities available to your school district.

Online Data Analysis: Current and Future Tools from the NHDOE

Learn about the tools currently available for gathering and analyzing student achievement data, as well as future tools planned. Discussion will reference NHEIAP testing, iAnalyze software, and more.
